I had extensive mold in a vacation rental condo after a storm and the unit received a lot of moisture along with a number of other units in the building. I contacted three mold remediation companies and selected Smart Healthy Homes of Gulf Coast, LLC for the mold removal. The owner came out and rather than spending a lot of time trying to sell me on his services, he made an extensive survey of the approximately 1000 Sq ft 2-bedroom 2 bath unit. He took a number of pictures and then sent me a detailed report explaining the process and actions his company takes. His 20 plus years in this business made it an easy decision to make. I was in the unit during part of remediation and saw that the personnel performing the work were very professional and courteous.

Thomas and his crew are great !I can say they truly care about the air you and your family breath . They go to great lengths to insure that the products they use are safe and non toxic. They explained all that was being done and really worked hard to get our house mold free before the Christmas holidays .I do not think you will find another company so concerned about their clients , reliable and as honest as Smart healthy homes. I noticed a mold smell in my house when I came home from a vacation. I wasn’t able to locate the source myself so I called Smart Healthy Homes to check it out. Thomas was very nice and professional. He showed up on time and did a good job. He gave us some advice and sincerely had our best interest at heart. That is rare these days. It was a small job but he treated the job with as much care as someone would with a large job. Would highly recommend them.
